2 c. ground up popcorn
8 TBSP(1\2 c) cornstarch or 4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c oil
1/4 c honey
1/2 c water
preheat oven @ 350 F
mix all together and set aside, the batter will thicken, for about an hour (in fridge if using fresh eggs) add 1/4-1/2 c water for consistancy of a thick pancake batter
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and knife comes out clean
