This blog has a collection of recipes that I enjoy with my family. Some are collected, tweeked and made my own, or even experimented with that turn out with good results. Many recipes use basic ingredients that are found in my long-term food storage which turn in to part of my 3 months supply of food storage. This not only helps us rotate the long term food storage, saves us money, and we can eat better as well.

Here is a Powdered Milk Tip
Tip 1. Before you mix up your powdered milk with water for drinking or making yogurt do yourself a favor and take a dry whisk and mix the dry milk powder it will mix up easier and even taste better. You will also be able to stretch it a little.
